Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Out of Network
Depending on your insurance coverage, most of your cost may be reimbursable through out of network benefits. Following payment for services, I will issue you an invoice for your records and to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of the covered percentage. Please check with your insurance carrier to determine your out of network benefits.
I offer a limited amount of discount fees for clients facing economic hardship or have limited income. Please inquire if this applies to you.
Payment
You can log on to out client portal, or you can use our PayPal at your convenience, we accept master cards, American Express, Visa, currently at this time we are not accepting checks.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment less than 24 hours before your appointed time or are a “no show,” you will be charged full fee.
